Syndrome Day Campaign.

Celebrate T21 is a social enterprise based in the Illawarra and brings together families within the Down Syndrome community, sharing stories and providing support, information, and inspiration. This year marks the third year of Jolly Soles supporting the organisation with their fundraising campaigns.

World Down Syndrome Day is celebrated each year on March 21, signifying the uniqueness of the triplication of the 21 st chromosome which causes Down Syndrome.

“These vibrant and quirky socks not only resonate seamlessly with the celebratory spirit of our "Rock Your Socks" campaign but also act as potent communicators, effectively breaking down barriers and fostering understanding among our diverse audience. How so you ask?

The shape of the sock is like the shape of a chromosome and so, on the 21.3 we wear brightly coloured socks to celebrate those with T21 and in doing so, spread awareness, and understanding in order to #RewriteTheNarrative.

Ensuring each fundraising campaign runs smoothly, Jolly Soles work behind-the-scenes to send sock orders across the country in support of Celebrate T21. Most recently, Celebrate T21 ran a successful Christmas Campaign with Jolly Soles socks available for purchase in nine Coles stores across Sydney.
